Feeder Loading

The Feeder Load screen is tailored for the distribution planner and system operator. The loading for each feeder is displayed in the main chart. When one of the bars in the chart is selected the load history for the selected feeder is displayed in the load history graph, and the feeder is displayed on the map for the convenience of the user. The data for this tool comes from the SCADA system and the AMI/MDMS systems. The data from these two systems will be used to verify system configuration in future releases, and data from the OMS system will be used to track switching on the feeder. Information of this nature will be extremely useful for engineers and operators to determine loading and configuration particularly for maintenance, storms, and annual plans.
